The only proper release, I believe other than some compilation tracks, by Japanese indie group Flower Bellcow. Released on August 12th, 1999 on Japanese label Galaxy Train.
"In 1982, Strawberry Switchblade were Jill Bryson, Janice Goodlett, Carole McGowan and Rose McDowall. This is the only recording of the original line up, recorded at the HellfireClub, Glasgow, 1982." Later released as a 7" single in 2017.
A split 7" between Swedish indie pop group Red Sleeping Beauty and Minnesota group Benito [featuring Jim Ruiz] released in 1995. I love the lo-fi acoustic song from Benito about rather choosing to live life out in Ferrol, Spain.
This is what I believe the 7th full length album released by Japanese duo Salon Music from 1995. And maybe it's their best one? Surprisingly so, I usually lose interest when a band releases so many albums -- but Salon Music only seem to get better and better!
A split 7" between two Spanish lo-fi indie groups Jessica & The Fletchers along with NO FUCKS. Both groups sing mostly in English, despite being from Spain. These tracks are all in English.
The only proper release, I believe other than the A-side of this single that appears on a CD comp., from Japanese indie group The Palm Songwriters released in 1998.
(Tangled Records – [TANGLED 006], 1993) [ENG/USA/AUS]
Another international indie pop compilation, this time a three-way split Flexi Disc released on English label Tangled in 1993. Featuring an English group [Hood], an American group [Hula Hoop] as well as an Australian group [Blairmailer].
Another international indie pop 7" featuring two American groups on the B-Side with an English and French group on the A-Side. Released on Japanese label Motorway in the year 2000.
The debut 7" release from Canada indie group Ducks Unlimited on Spanish label Bobo Integral from 2019. The group later changed their named to Ducks Ltd.
I love this opening track from The Spits, which is a cover song of the band "Pain" playing their song 'I Dig Pain' from Season 5, Episode 16 Battle Of The Bands episode on the TV show CHiPs.
(Drive-In Records – [Drive001], Season Records – [Season03], 1996) [USA/AUS]
A 7" compilation split continental release between an American label (Drive-In Records) and Australian label (Season Records) from 1996. Also featuring two American groups [The Shapiros & Madison Electric] and two Australian groups [The Cat's Miaow & The Singing Bush].
01. The Cat's Miaow - Stay
02. The Singing Bush - Do What You Say (Richard, Richard)
An advance 7" single release (of a CD compilation that came later in 2001 with further tracks) A Tribute to Galaxie 500. With four cover songs ranging from Japan, Spain, USA, on Spanish label Elefant Records released in 1996.
