The debut single release from English new wave / indie pop group Haircut One Hundred [Haircut 100], released in 1981 on Arista. I'm surprised I have not uploaded this one yet, because it's a pop banger. I believe it was fairly popular in England and ranked pretty high on the charts at one point. I don't think the same could be said for the American charts.
