I earlier had posted The Sugarcubes - Birthday CDEP, but this is the 7" version. Same A-side , but a different B-side not on that CDEP. The flip side is a Remix version with Jim and William Reid of JAMC doing some guitar feedback and crooning.

I haven't yet posted a group from Iceland, but it should come as no surprise that the first group be The Sugarcubes, or the band before Björk's solo career, and the biggest group to ever come out of Iceland. I'm grateful, too, that they decided to include some songs sung in Icelandic! What a beautiful sounding language.
