I don't know too many American artists or groups that appear on the seminal English indie pop label Sarah Records, but there is East River Pipe out of America's northeast. This is a 10" mini-album released in 1995, one of the labels last releases before calling it quits.

THE FIELD MICE - SNOWBALL 10" (SARAH RECORDS [SARAH 402], 1989) [ENG]

A 12" indie pop single from England's The Dentists, released in 1987 on Tambourine Records. Has my favorite song of theirs 'Just Like Oliver Reed!'
